Pathways to Quality (PTQ) is here to support your professional growth and development. PTQ supports Fresno County early educators achieve their professional goals through: ★ Professional growth advising and navigation support ★ Connecting to professional development and training opportunities ★ Higher education support ★ Financial stipends for eligible participants
Who Is Eligible?
You may be eligible if you:
✓ Work directly with children ages 0–5 who are not yet enrolled in Transitional Kindergarten (TK) or Kindergarten
✓ Are employed in a licensed child care center or licensed family child care home located in Fresno County
✓ Serve in a teaching role, such as a teacher, assistant teacher, aide, or family child care provider
Participants receive personalized Navigation support to develop a Professional Growth Plan and pursue professional development and career advancement goals, with stipends available for completing eligible milestones and achievements.

More Eligibility Information
✓ Licensed Family Child Care Homes: Up to two participants per licensed family child care home may participate.
✓ Pathways are also available for eligible Family, Friend, and Neighbor caregivers receiving child care subsidy payments through approved Fresno County agencies.
✓ Priority will be given to eligible applicants currently completing higher education units.
